LEADERSHE Project gears up for middle project meeting in Macedonia
The LEADERSHE project is all set for its crucial mid-term project meeting, scheduled to take place in the vibrant city of Skopje, Macedonia. This pivotal meeting, hosted by Janta volleyball, served as a vital checkpoint to evaluate the progress, challenges and accomplishments of the project’s earlier activities while charting the course for the next phase.
Key objectives of the mid-term project meeting:
- The meeting started with a comprehensive evaluation of the previous training course activity, delving into the obstacles faced and the goals and objectives successfully achieved.
- The participants formed survey questions and strategize their promotion.
- Partners dedicated themselves to the preparation of survey questions and strategies for their efficient delivery.
- The meeting encouraged partners to introspect and offer constructive criticism, enabling improvements in their behaviors and project execution.
- The group learn how to craft targeted survey questions that effectively address issues and elicit the desired level of engagement from respondents.
- The meeting also addressed logistics, including options for venue and working space for the focus group activity in Nis, where the next phase of the project will unfold.
Following this middle project meeting, each partner organization will be tasked with conducting the survey among 50 participants, gathering valuable insights into the impact of the LEADERSHE project.
