Small collaborative partnership project “More entrepreneurship in sport – more sport for all”, among other outputs in digital form (educational videos), the main result is the brochure named by the project. It’s content includes introduction to the project’s objectives and partner organizations; guidance on how to create a business in the sport field; what entrepreneurial, transversal and leadership skills and competences are needed for leading and running a business; blogs on related topics and comments on the situation with COVID-19.

Brochure is useful for sport club management members, civil society organizations that deal with entrepreneurial education, athletes that wish to develop dual careers but also to all those that want to start an entrepreneurial path because principles of developing business in sport and in general are no different.

Project “More entrepreneurship in sport – more sport for all” resulted also in creation of stronger ties among partners and brought new inspiration for projects in the Erasmus+ programme period 2021-2027.

At the end of May 2021, in Palics, Serbia, the last meeting of the project “More entrepreneurship in sport – more sport for all” was held, we were rounding up the whole project, what went well, what challenges we faced and how COVID-19 pandemic that influenced not only implementation of the project but also sport as well. As participants were already highly productive when it comes to the exploitation of this project results – the whole new idea – so to say: business idea – came up and under the Sport call of Erasmus+ 2021 a Cooperation partnership project was designed and finalized during the meeting.

New project, submitted by Best-seller is named “Rhythm is fit – digital workouts for all on Sportaction” has the following aim:

To enhance social inclusion of Roma through fitness, and dancing fitness in particular.

Based on Zumba fitness, the flow of the project, through its activities will include combos of fun and fitness, for everybody and every body. As the mixture of rhythms from all around the world, confluent with the dancing traditions of participating countries, this kind of  intensive dance-fitness with multicultural approach will promote fitness and friendship, boosting self-esteem and authonomy of all participants thus positioning health as the most crucial and basic value of every human being no matter how old they are.

Project also enhances the impact of the project “Sport to promote change for LGBT”, implemented by the partner Association for progress, education and lobbying, that as a main result has a platform www.sportaction.eu where useful contents on social inclusion in sport can be found.

We will be further holding together and creating better and quality project in the future, with innovative character and for the sake of improvement of the use of talents in sport coming from different marginalized groups.  

We will keep promoting different business models for the sustainability of sporting associations and build their capacities together.

At one of the biggest international Handball Challenge Lions tournaments in 2019, our girls finished the tournament without defeat and won 1st place, showing that they are the most trained team in the Balkans in technical, tactical and fitness terms.

This is evidenced by the fact that the team consists of girls in ’05 and ’06, and the tournament was played at an older age for ’04.
With a great game in the group stage and a victory over Belgrade champion ŽRK Crvena Zvezda and Macedonia champion ŽRK Vardar we reached the semifinals.

In the finals we were better than the current Serbian champion of the Taurunum team and deservedly won the most brilliant award.

We thank the tournament organizer for the very strong competition and good organization of the tournament.

The path of one of our most beautiful mountains, to the other part of the preparations, went to boys and girls of RK BELGRADE.

Around 120 of them will be hardworking and learning from the 9 coaches who went with them. At 1,625m above sea level, in addition to fitness training, RK BELGRADE handball will have group and individual training sessions conducted by eminence and trophy handball experts.

Special attention will be paid to the youngest as well as the senior teams, who have been starting since September to defend the club colors in the Super B Women’s League and II League Men. The accommodation of younger handball hopes is in the hotel “Panorama” and all the terrains on Zlatar Mountain are at our disposal.
